A message dated July 14, 2014, was received stating the Governor                                                                
read the following resolution and is transmitting the engrossed and                                                             
enrolled copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent                                                               
filing:                                                                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
      HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 26                                                                                        
      Commending the State of Israel for its cordial and mutually                                                               
      beneficial relationship with the United States and Alaska; and                                                            
      supporting the right of the State of Israel to self-governance and
